The North Dakota High School Rodeo Association welcomes you to our web site.  North Dakota became a Charter member of the National High School Rodeo Association in 1951 when the Beulah VFW Post 7759 received the state chapter to sponsor the State Championship High School Rodeo Finals.  High School Rodeo is an International non-profit organization dedicated to the development of sportsmanship, horsemanship, and character in the youth of our country.

Membership forms are now available on the MEMBER INFO page! Make sure you download and print two pages for each membership--state & national! If you competed at the 2010 State Finals, you do not have to send a new report card--ALL OTHERS MUST SEND THEIR FINAL SPRING 2010 REPORT CARD!! A new secretary has not yet been hired, so you will send the forms to Tim Peterson, National Director, for the fall. All information is available in the member letter. Entry forms are available on the RESULTS and SCHEDULE pages of the website.

Final results (top 20) from Nationals following the short go: Goat Tying: Whitney Eckroth - 19th; Steer Wrestling: Evan Entze - 17th; Team Roping: Cotey Hanson & Levi O'Keeffe - 17th; Bareback Riding - Casey Breuer - 2nd; Saddle Bronc Riding: Ian Fugere - 8th; Boy's Cutting: Jayce Doan - 12th. Morgan Hauge won the talent contest on Thursday night! ND got second in the Knowledge Bowl (Codi Miller, Morgan Hauge, Jayce Doan) and Jayce Doan got fourth in the trap shoot! Way to go North Dakota! Several ND members and family placed in the family shooting competitions also.

The rest of the wool vests are on back order for awhile; I have medium and large vests that I will get sent out to those that were not at finals and did sell at least $100 in raffle tickets and calendars. It may be awhile before I get home and send them--but you WILL get them!
